Our websites have moved.  Please visit the new website of the JARA Institute for Quantum Information, or my new website.  Note that this website is not maintained any more.

Research interests:

My research interests are at the interface between quantum information
theory and quantum many-body physics.  On the one hand, I apply concepts
from quantum information, and in particular entanglement theory,  to study
the physics of quantum many-body systems, both analytically and numerically.

On the other hand, I study the impact of quantum many-body phenomena
on questions in quantum computation and quantum complexity theory.

My publications: arXiv / Google Scholar / ResearcherID, and my CV.
